Here’s how our referral program works:

• Referral Bonus for Package Subscriptions: When your referral subscribes to one of our packages and pays their first month’s fee, you’ll receive a referral bonus from SmartAWARE.
• Referral Bonus for Self-Assessment Tax Returns: For our Self-Assessment tax return service, you’ll earn a referral bonus once your referral settles their final fee.

There are no caps or limits on the referral bonuses you can earn. By introducing others to our solutions, you not only help them but also unlock opportunities for yourself. While your recommendations are invaluable and cannot be measured monetarily, we’ve added additional perks to make this program even more rewarding.

Referral Bonus Program

1. Self-Assessment Services
   Earn a referral bonus of £25 for every successful referral of your colleagues or friends who require services such as:

   • UK Self-Assessment Tax Return
   • CIS (Sub-Contractor) Tax Claim
   • PAYE Tax Refund

2. Bookkeeping Services
   Receive a referral bonus of £75 for every successful referral of colleagues or friends who need bookkeeping services for:

   • Sole Trader Businesses
   • Partnership Businesses
   • LLP Businesses

3. Limited or Private Limited Company Services
   Get a referral bonus of £100 for each successful referral for bookkeeping services related to:

   • Limited Companies
   • Private Limited Companies

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Genuine Referrals: Referrals must be authentic and provided in good faith.
• Required Information: To validate a referral, you must provide the full name, email address, and phone number of the person you are referring.
• Duplicate Referrals: If a referral has already been submitted by someone else, it will not count as your referral. You will be notified if this is the case.
• Submission Process: To qualify for a referral gift, you must complete the referral form below. Alternatively, you may share the referral details directly with your Account Manager.
• Response Timeline: You must respond within 45 days to any request for your bank details to receive your referral gift.
• Eligible Referrals: Referral gifts are awarded only for current clients or associated partners who are paying full fees or dormant fees (excluding accounts on hold for valid reasons).
• Exclusions: You cannot receive a referral payment for referring yourself or your own business.
• Shared Bonuses: If a client is referred by multiple individuals, the referral bonus will be shared among all referrers.
